However, if you discover a security vulnerability with any of our products, software platforms, or other infrastructure, we would appreciate it if you could file a report with us.
How To Report Security Vulnerabilities
Finding and resolving security issues within our product and service offerings are a very high priority. We want to work with you to better understand the issue and ensure that we take the right measures to solve the problem quickly and completely. To file a report:
1. Report the vulnerability by notifying us with an email to support@adwaco.com.
Please use discretion when reporting issues. Please refer to our Private Policy and Terms of Use for guidance on how to adhere to usage of data; respecting customers’ and users’ data and privacy.
2. Once your report is received, we will respond to confirm we have received it and provide you with further contact details.
3. Please do not share any information about security risks or personal information in any public setting until we have researched, responded to, and addressed the vulnerability and informed customers, if needed. Our technology products and services are complex and may take time to investigate, address, and fix.
Security Disclosure and Notifications
For protection of our partners and customers, Adwaco does not disclose, discuss, or confirm security issues until a full investigation has occurred and any necessary fixes, patches, or releases are available and integrated with the majority of customers. Adwaco will delivery updates trhough its customer portal and by email notification.
